Cancellation policy

This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy governs all recurring subscription purchases, pre-orders, and deferred purchase options made through the Polybalm USA website (www.PolybalmUSA.com). By completing a purchase that includes a subscription or purchase option, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.


1. Subscription Purchases

1.1 Recurring Billing Authorization By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize Polybalm USA to automatically charge your selected payment method at the price and frequency confirmed at the time of checkout. Charges will continue on the agreed billing cycle until your subscription is canceled or expires.

1.2 Subscription Cancellation by the Customer You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to your next scheduled billing date by:

  • Logging into your customer account at www.PolybalmUSA.com and navigating to Subscriptions
  • Clicking the subscription cancellation link provided in any subscription confirmation or billing email from Polybalm USA
  • Contacting our Customer Care Team at Info@PolybalmUSA.com before your next billing date

Important: Cancellations requested after a billing cycle has been processed will not result in a refund for that cycle. The canceled subscription will remain active through the end of the paid period and will not renew thereafter.

1.3 Effect of Cancellation Upon cancellation, your recurring billing and scheduled deliveries will end immediately. Cancellation of a subscription cannot be undone. If you wish to re-enroll, you must create a new subscription at the current available pricing.

1.4 Pausing a Subscription If you wish to temporarily pause deliveries rather than cancel, please contact our Customer Care Team at Info@PolybalmUSA.com. Pause availability is subject to the terms of your current subscription plan.

1.5 Subscription Modifications You may request changes to your subscription (delivery frequency, quantity, or shipping address) by contacting our Customer Care Team at Info@PolybalmUSA.com prior to your next scheduled order processing date. Changes requested after an order has already processed will apply to the following billing cycle.


2. Pre-Orders

2.1 Pre-Order Agreement By placing a pre-order, you authorize Polybalm USA to charge your selected payment method either in full at the time of order placement or at the time of fulfillment, as specified at checkout. Pre-order pricing and estimated ship dates are displayed on the product page and in your order confirmation.

2.2 Pre-Order Cancellation Pre-orders may be canceled at any time prior to fulfillment by contacting our Customer Care Team at Info@PolybalmUSA.com. Once a pre-order has been fulfilled and shipped, it is subject to our standard Cancellation, Return & Shipping Policy.

2.3 Changes to Pre-Order Timing Polybalm USA will make reasonable efforts to fulfill pre-orders within the estimated timeframe communicated at checkout. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you by email and provide the option to maintain your pre-order or receive a full refund. We will not substitute any product without your express consent.


3. Deferred Purchase Options (Try Before You Buy)

3.1 Deferred Payment Authorization If a deferred or try-before-you-buy purchase option is offered, you authorize Polybalm USA to charge your stored payment method at the conclusion of the trial or deferred period, as specified at checkout. The charge amount and date will be clearly disclosed prior to order completion.

3.2 Cancellation During Deferred Period You may cancel a deferred purchase and return the product prior to the end of the deferred period in accordance with our standard Cancellation, Return & Shipping Policy. Products must be returned in unopened, unused, and resalable condition with a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. A 35% restocking fee applies.


4. Payment Failures & Declined Charges

If a scheduled recurring charge is declined or fails, Polybalm USA reserves the right to:

  • Retry the charge up to three (3) times within a billing cycle
  • Suspend or cancel the subscription if payment cannot be collected after multiple attempts
  • Notify you by email with instructions to update your payment method

It is your responsibility to maintain valid and current payment information in your account.


5. Refunds on Subscription Orders

Refunds are not issued for subscription orders that have already been processed and shipped. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact our Customer Care Team at Info@PolybalmUSA.com within 48 hours of the charge date. We will review all billing inquiries on a case-by-case basis.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We encourage you to contact our Customer Care Team at Info@PolybalmUSA.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may affect your ability to maintain or re-enroll in a subscription and may be contested by Polybalm USA.


7. Compassionate Exception — Medical & Personal Circumstances

Polybalm was originally developed to support patients experiencing chemotherapy-related nail damage, and we proudly serve that community. We also serve customers experiencing nail damage from a wide range of causes, including salon chemical exposure, hormonal and menopausal changes, vitamin deficiencies, aging, and daily environmental stressors.

If you are experiencing any medical, personal, or health-related circumstance that makes it difficult to comply with our standard return or notification timelines, please contact our Customer Care Team at Info@PolybalmUSA.com and explain your situation. We will review each request on a case-by-case basis and do our best to accommodate you.


8. Policy Updates

Polybalm USA / MedInnoTech, LLC reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. The "Last Revised" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent update. The version in effect at the time of your purchase will govern your transaction. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers via email at least 15 days prior to taking effect.


9. Governing Law

This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Denver, Colorado, or such other court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Colorado.
