At Polybalm USA, a brand operated by MedInnoTech, LLC, we are committed to fast, reliable shipping and clear communication. The policy below is designed to set accurate expectations for our customers while protecting our business operations.
Order Processing & Fulfillment
Orders received by 11:00 AM CST (Central Standard Time), Monday through Friday, are generally shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM MT, on weekends, or on federal holidays will be processed and shipped the next business day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM MT on Fridays are typically shipped the following Monday, unless Monday is a federal holiday.
We ship using a trusted third-party logistics (3PL) partner to ensure timely and professional handling of all orders.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We ship within the United States only, using USPS.

Standard Ground Shipping (USPS): Estimated 7–9 business days

Expedited Shipping (USPS): Estimated 3–5 business days (available at checkout for an additional cost)
These are estimated delivery windows and do not include order processing time. Delivery may vary based on location, carrier performance, weather, or other external factors beyond our control.
Shipping Delay Notification
In compliance with the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, if we are unable to ship your order within the timeframe stated above, we will notify you by email as promptly as possible. You will be given the option to:

Cancel your order and receive a full refund
In the event of a product backorder, we will provide an updated estimated ship date and allow you to wait or cancel. We will not substitute any product without your express written consent.
Weekend & Holiday Shipping
We do not ship on weekends or federal holidays. Orders placed during those times will be processed on the next business day.
Free Shipping Eligibility
Free standard ground shipping is available on orders of two (2) or more units. This promotion is subject to change without prior notice. If items in an order that qualified for free shipping are returned, the standard ground shipping charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
Tracking & Delivery
Tracking numbers are provided for all shipments and sent via email once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update after the label is created. You are encouraged to monitor your tracking information closely.
Delivery Liability & Lost Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by USPS, Polybalm USA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We do not require a signature upon delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is secure and accessible.
If your package is lost or delayed in transit:
- First, check the tracking number and contact USPS directly
- If the issue persists, contact our Customer Care Team at Info@PolybalmUSA.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date
For your protection, we recommend choosing a secure delivery address and monitoring your tracking link closely.
International Shipping
Polybalm USA ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally. Customers outside the U.S. should contact our Customer Care Team at Info@PolybalmUSA.com to inquire about future availability.
