🚚 Order Processing & Fulfillment

Orders received by 11:00 AM CST (Monday–Friday) are generally shipped the same business day.

Orders placed after 11:00 AM CST, on weekends, or on federal holidays will be shipped the next business day.

Orders placed after 11:00 AM CST on Fridays are typically shipped the following Monday (unless Monday is a federal holiday).
📦 We ship using a trusted third-party logistics (3PL) partner to ensure timely and professional handling.

We currently ship within the United States only using USPS and UPS.

Free standard ground shipping is available on orders of two (2) or more units.

📦 Tracking & Delivery

Tracking numbers are provided for all shipments and are sent via email once your order ships.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update after the label is created.
🔒 Delivery Liability & Lost Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, MedInnoTech is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We do not require signatures on delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is secure and accessible.
