You must follow these rules to stay in the Polybalm program. If you break the rules, your account will be banned forever and all unpaid commissions will be taken away.

- Compliance with FTC Advertising Standards All promotional materials must comply with FTC regulations. Deceptive, unsubstantiated, exaggerated, or misleading claims are strictly prohibited.
- FDA-Sensitive Language Affiliates may not imply that Polybalm treats medical conditions (e.g., “cures cancer nails,” “treats fungus,” “fixed my neuropathy,” etc.). Only approved brand language may be used.
- No Unauthorized Before/After Photos Affiliates may not use Polybalm’s clinical images, customer photos, or transformation images unless provided directly by Polybalm.
- No PPC or Brand Keyword Advertising Affiliates may not run paid advertising on Google, Meta/Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Bing, YouTube, Amazon, or any platform using Polybalm-related keywords or directing traffic to Polybalm.
- Language Restrictions in Content Affiliates may not use defamatory or fear-based language (e.g., “scam,” “fraud,” “dangerous,” “miracle cure,” etc.) or statements designed to pressure or intimidate consumers.
- No Illegal Medical Representation 1099 reps may not imply they are providing medical advice unless they are licensed to do so and are operating within their legal scope of practice. Reps must not imply Polybalm replaces medical treatment.
- Linking Rules — Required Affiliates must link to pages provided by UpPromote / Polybalm. Direct checkout linking is prohibited and will result in a permanent ban.
- No Reselling or Unauthorized Distribution Affiliates are not permitted to resell Polybalm on any marketplace including Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Etsy, Facebook Marketplace, Temu, or any retail resale site. Affiliates are not permitted to collect payments or ship product directly. Institutional Affiliates may display Polybalm on their own website or digital platform for educational promotion; however, all purchase buttons, QR codes, and promotional links must route directly to Polybalm’s official online store(s). - Polybalm may change or update approved messaging, pricing, or marketing assets at any time. Affiliates must update promotions within 72 hours of any change.
- Promotion of Polybalm in any capacity indicates that you:

b. Agree to comply fully with all conditions
c. Acknowledge that violations result in permanent ban and forfeiture of unpaid commissions
The participant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Polybalm USA / MedInnoTech LLC, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and contractors from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to the participant’s promotional activity, regulatory violations, breach of these Terms, or misuse of Polybalm intellectual property, links, tracking codes, or marketing assets.

• Regulatory violations caused by the affiliate
• Legal actions resulting from non-compliant promotions
• Consumer claims based on unauthorized marketing language
• Financial losses due to termination from violation of these Terms
